July 25, 2011 - Parkland County Development Permits Received
On July 25, 2011 we received renewal for our three existing development permits in addition to a development permit for the Silt storage area. The permits and conditions of the permits can be viewed below.
June 1, 2011 - Environmental Permits Received
On June 1, 2011 we received our pit registration under the code of practice, an approval for the amended end pit lake and water licence, and an approval to divert water into the Bellhouse drainage course. February 5, 2009 - Application Submission
On February 5, 2009 we submitted our updated applications for this project to the regulators. Project Overview
September 23, 2008 – Smithfield Community Advisory Group Meeting
The Smithfield Community Advisory Group (SCAG) had a meeting at Westland Hall to engage the community with the start up of our operations and the next process of required applications. September 13, 2008 – Highway 16 Open House and Tour
We had an Open House at our Highway 16 North Project site on September 13. This was a chance for people in the community to learn more about BURNCO Aggregate production operations, enjoy a barbeque, tour the site and meet the employees. Please click here to see photos from the open house.
